How I Work

Drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I work collaboratively with you to understand what matters most, develop practical strategies, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I aim to provide a safe, affirming, and inclusive space where you feel supported and understood for your life experiences, diverse cultural backgrounds, and LGBTIQ+ communities.
